- Socks are required; available for purchase at AED 10 if needed.
- Lane bookings are valid for the selected time slot only.
- Late arrival may reduce your playtime; extensions are subject to availability.
- Maximum players per lane is determined by SOCO staff for safety and fairness.
- Food and drinks must be kept away from the lanes to avoid spills or accidents.
- Guests must follow staff instructions for lane safety and ball handling.
- Any misuse of the equipment or machines may result in the session being stopped.
- SOCO is not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
- Refunds or rescheduling follow SOCO’s booking and cancellation policy.
